* TENS unit rental

* Prenatal private lactation education class - 90 minutes (add $50)

* Private Childbirth Education course - 4-6 hours (add $200)

* BabyCare basics private course - 2 hours (add $100)

* Postpartum private babywearing consultation - 2 hours (add $100)

* Placenta encapsulation services (add $200)

All birth packages include:

*Free initial birth doula consultation​

*Prenatal visit(s) to prepare you for labor, birth, and bonding with your newborn

*Access to my lending library of books on pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding

*​Consistent availability via email and text from the time of hire

*Assistance in writing a straightforward birth plan for all caregivers to reference

*Suggestions for a more comfortable pregnancy and birth

*On call 24 hours a day for your birth from 2 weeks before to 2 weeks after your expected due date

*Continuous, uninterrupted support for mom and partner during labor and birth

*Massage, reflexology, guided relaxation and other alternative pain relief methods during the birth process

*Labor and birth positioning suggestions for comfort and labor progress including use of birth ball and rebozo

*Post-birth and family bonding photographs

*Breastfeeding preparation, information and support for initiation and latch from a CLEC

*Basic babywearing instruction and advice from a CBWS educator

*At least one postpartum follow up visit for reflection on your birth and referrals if necessary

*A doula who is Red Cross Certified in Infant/Child/Adult CPR/AED
